Everything about working with Randy was great. Took his time to give us an accurate quote, which was lower than everybody else. The bonus was the service was great. He kept in touch via text to notify as when the carpet was on its way, when it arrived, and when it would be installed. Everything was perfect. He put new carpet on our stairway, and the pattern match perfectly all the way up. We ordered an area rug that looks beautiful. He came and put it himself and even vacuumed it. I highly recommend Paradise Flooring.

It's all about experience when it comes to buying floors I just found out. When you deal with an expert they definitely help you make the right decision. Randy the owner here walked me through making the right selection instead of trying to sell me something. He didn't sell me the most expensive thing you sold me the thing I needed the most. I would have made a very costly mistake if I went to any other flooring store especially those big box retailers. Thank God there are still professionals in this business.
